Appointment Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be considered a no-show for that appointment and your card on file will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. If you need to cancel during non-business hours, feel free to leave a message on the spa's voicemail.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a No Show Fee will apply.

Child Policy

To maintain a serene atmosphere, we ask that you not bring children to the  Spa. We do, however allow children to enjoy certain spa services under the following guidelines: children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult not receiving a service.

Spa Policy



If you are pleased with the serviced  you received,its customary to give  18%-20% gratuity to your technician. If  you would like to leave gratuity on your  card please let us know.

Our Guarantee 

We guarantee our nail services; if you  experience any polish chipping within 2 days on your manicure or pedicure,  Gel nails lifting or cracking within 5  

days. Please contact us immediately  so that we can perfect the problem  free of charge. PLEASE DO NOT WAIT!!


All spa packages are NON-REFUNDABLE but fully transferable to other services, and or people. Packages expire after 1 year.
